No more leg pain
"My 7 year old has pronated feet and complained of leg pain at the end of every day. She loves these and I haven't heard her complain about her legs since she got them. The doctor recommended custom inserts since her pronation is more significant, but I tried these first"

Get them
"Bought these for both my kids (7 yrs & 8 yrs). They incredibly flat feet and ankles that pronate in. They could not tolerate longs days on their feet, like at a zoo or amusement park. These insoles have significantly helped. They are now able to go all day"
Purchased for my 9 year old
"I purchased these because the doctor recommended them. I though they were going to be uncomfortable to wear for the first few days/ week. However, they were surprisingly very comfortable. My daughter wore them all day without any pain or discomfort. She has been wearing them every single day since the day we received them in the mail. I will purchase again when she outgrows this pair."

Q&A
- Do you have a measurement chart for the insoles so we can order correct sizing? Shoe size can vary based on brand so I cannot order based on that alone. My daughter's foot length measures 8 inches.
- Hello Diana! Thank you for your question. Yes, there is a measurement chart available on the product page for the Pinnacle Junior insoles: https://powersteptrendy.com/products/pinnacle-junior-insoles It is the sixth photo down. On the chart, you will see that the Toddler 13 insole is 7.9 inches long and the Youth 1 insole is 8.1 inches long. Based on this, we’d suggest trying the Youth 1 insole as you can trim it slightly around the toe area if needed. We hope this helps, and thank you again for reaching out!
- My son's foot length is 17.6 cm. What insole size I should choose?
- Hello Ilona. Thank you for your question. You should buy the insole that is the same size as your kid’s shoes. If your son wears a kid’s size 5 shoe, for example, you would buy size 5 insoles. Based on the given length of your son’s foot, he might be a size 5. We hope this helps!
- What is the break in period for these inserts?
- Hello Elizabeth! Thank you for your question. The break in period for all PowerStep orthotic insoles is about 2 weeks. We recommend wearing the insoles for 30 minutes to an hour on the first day, then increase that time each day until they can be comfortably worn for more than 5 hours. We hope this helps!
- ARE THESE JUNIOR SIZE INSOLES FOR YOUNG ADULDTS or older people with smaller feet? I WEAR A SIZE 6 SHOE. PLEASE LET ME KNOW BEFORE I ORDER THEM.
- Hello, They are our Children's line so the sizing is a Children's shoe chart But.. we have adults that have small feet that do use them.. They are the same as our Pinnacle full length adult.
- My son has a growth plate injury in his heel. Would this help in reducing pain at all?
- Hello, A good arch support insole will give the support needed for healing and comfort yes. Thank you
